Synopsis

Lin Xiao's mother, Liu Cuixia, was driven to hang herself by her cheating father Lin Zhendong and his mistress Chen Yun. Returning home grief-stricken, Lin Xiao found her brother Lin Yang behaving strangely: he had rushed her mother’s cremation (breaking the local custom of keeping “unnatural deaths” encoffined for three days), stored the ashes in a plastic bag, and even defended their father and the mistress while smearing their mother’s reputation.
