Synopsis
Jay West saw his parents killed by Tony Fox. Framed for the murder, he spent 5 years in jail, trained by Master Roy. Freed, he joined Red Star, saved a boss's wife, beat traitor Ray Cole, and exposed ex-girlfriend Sky Kay. With cop Leo Smith, he rescued his sister and became Red Star's boss. His war on crime continued.
