Synopsis

When night falls, the neon lights of bustling Chinese cities shine bright—but in the alleys and backstreets beyond their glow, malevolent spirits and corrosive energies quietly breed. The possessed wander in the darkness, their eyes empty, their movements unnatural. Hidden within this urban landscape is an unknown exorcist—perhaps a street food stall owner, perhaps a delivery rider speeding through the night on an electric scooter. Armed with inherited talismans and hard-won experience, he moves through old neighborhoods, abandoned construction sites, and underground parking lots, freeing the cursed from the ghosts that cling to them. Every encounter is a life-or-death battle against an invisible enemy. He is no priest, no Taoist master. He is simply the last watchman of this city.
