The Hunting Love

Synopsis

With her father critically injured and unable to afford treatment, Ruby sets her sights on James, a wealthy heir—to be his girlfriend for a week in exchange for a million-dollar breakup fee. She meticulously plans each encounter: catching them in the act, tearing up a check in public, falling off a horse, faking tears… What she initially believes to be a mere transaction drives James from curiosity to madness, leading him to defy his family and abandon an arranged marriage for her. However, when the truth is revealed, their relationship breaks down, and James uses marriage as leverage to quell Ruby's scandal. Ruby finally realizes her true feelings and attempts to disrupt the wedding. Princess Anna, consumed by jealousy, kidnaps Ruby, and James is seriously wounded while taking a bullet for her. Ultimately, the two transcend class barriers and embark on a new life together.
