The Mind-Reading Lion Cub: The Entire Beast World Falls for Me

Synopsis

Military doctor Maeve is transported to a beast world, where she becomes a human maid. On her first day, she saves Crown Prince Kai from suffocation and impresses the ruthless Lion King Loki with her medical skills, earning a chance to undergo a seven-day trial. She repeatedly thwarts conspiracies targeting the young cubs, from poisonous insects and Black Thunder Fruit to a treacherous lava bridge. Through her courage and medical expertise, she abolishes her slave status, rises to become the Chief Childcare Officer, and introduces a new centralized childcare system that wins the Empress Dowager’s approval. While treating cubs from the Snake, Wolf, and Turtle tribes, Maeve faces relentless schemes orchestrated by the Grand Elder and Bianca, who has returned from the dead by possessing another body. As danger closes in, Loki breaks off his engagement, surrenders his military command, and risks his life to protect Maeve. Their bond deepens as they face one deadly crisis after another. When Maeve becomes pregnant with a pure golden lion heir—the first in 300 years—she is kidnapped and imprisoned. Loki launches a brutal rescue, tearing through the dungeon to save his beloved wife. In the final showdown, Maeve and Loki join forces to expose the Grand Elder and the Moon Eclipse faction. Bianca is devoured by a shadow lion, and the Grand Elder is brought to justice. At the coronation ceremony, the Empress Dowager personally places the crown on Maeve’s head. Maeve and Loki exchange eternal vows, ushering in a new era for the five beast tribes.
