The Rise of the Ugly Luna
Synopsis
Lyric, an Alpha’s scarred and wolf-less daughter, was betrayed by her mate and exiled after a one-night stand with a powerful stranger. Five years in the human world cured her face and awakened a forbidden gift: she is a "Siphon," able to absorb any disease. Forced back by family debt, Lyric enters a contract marriage with the ruthless King Jaris—only to realize he was her one-night stranger. Misled by his scheming "wife" Marta into believing Lyric betrayed him, Jaris is cruel by day, yet so obsessed with her body that he drugs her by night for secret intimacy, leaving Lyric believing it’s all a vivid dream. But the secrets run deeper: Lyric’s presumed-dead twins are alive, stolen by Marta to claim the throne. And from the shadows, Jaris’s exiled brother Caden is returning with a blood-drinking army to burn it all down.
