The Secret of the Castle

Synopsis

Nurse Sylvia has ultra-rare AB RH-negative blood and often donates it to patients. She is lured by a fake rare-blood charity and imprisoned in a remote mountain castle run by 400-year-old vampire Elias. He hunts women with her blood type to stay immortal, caging dozens of girls to take their blood endlessly. Sylvia allies with fellow prisoner Faye to escape. They use silver dust, the only thing that hurts vampires, to injure Elias and break free. Police discover mass graves after she reports the serial kidnapping and murders. Elias flees, but Sylvia refuses to hide. She sets up a protection program, handing out GPS emergency bracelets to rare-blood women and forming a safety network with survivors and cops. She tracks his criminal gang, arrests his hired kidnappers, and faces Elias in an abandoned church, killing him with a silver surgical blade to end his centuries of atrocities. After the whole incident, Sylvia devotes her life to protecting vulnerable women, turning her trauma into hope for numerous survivors.
