Synopsis
Evelyn, a florist, finds a scorched, dying serpent in an alley by the seashore after a thunderstorm. Ignoring her ex-boyfriend Ryan’s disgust, she takes the creature home to nurse it back to health. The snake is Lucien, an otherworldly being gravely injured by a celestial calamity. By day he remains a serpent, yet after dark he can take human form. Weakened by his wounds, he is forced to hide and rely on Evelyn, who possesses a rare vessel constitution capable of safely containing his immense supernatural power.
