Synopsis
"To save her critically ill father, Taylor pretends to be blind and takes a job as a nanny in a mansion. She accidentally finds a woman named Max, who has been missing for three years, locked in a forbidden room at the end of the hallway. As she digs deeper, Taylor learns Max is the illegitimate daughter of the mansion owner Sophie’s husband and the sole legal heir. To seize the family fortune, Sophie poisoned her husband, imprisoned Max, and cut out her vocal cords. Teaming up with Sophie’s stepson Leo and the butler Marcus, Taylor gathers evidence amid surveillance, threats and an arson plot. They finally expose the long-buried family crimes and send Sophie to court. After the truth comes out, Taylor discovers a twenty-year-old debt between her father and the Harrold family. She uses the money to build a rehabilitation center to help more victims heal from trauma."
