Synopsis
Newly appointed Sea God Arthur returns to the Merfolk Kingdom that abandoned him eighteen years ago to bless its new king and find his birth parents. After rescuing Princess Elena from a sea monster, he learns that tailless mermen are believed to bring disaster. Queen Seraphina recognizes him as her son but cannot acknowledge him.
