The Wife's Counterattack: Extra Passenger In Husband's  Car

Synopsis

Eleanor, heir to a century-old independent winery in Napa Valley, has long stayed behind the scenes, leaving her husband Arthur to run the business. To the public, Arthur is the devoted husband shielding his fragile wife from work pressure. Unaware of his own congenital azoospermia, Arthur believes Eleanor is infertile. A strange weight alert from their Cadillac unravels the lies. Eleanor discovers Arthur’s secret trips to Carmel-by-the-Sea, hidden female lingerie, and traces of a woman and a young child inside the car. After recovering deleted car recordings, she tracks down Arthur’s mistress Masa and her 5-year-old son Leo. Arthur plans to adopt Leo and place him into the Taylor family trust. Eleanor digs deeper and uncovers the shocking truth: Arthur can never father a child. DNA tests prove Leo and Masa’s unborn baby both belong to Steven, Arthur’s former manager. Masa and Steven scheme to steal the winery’s fortune by taking advantage of Arthur’s desperate desire for an heir. At Arthur’s grand celebration banquet, Eleanor crashes the event with distributors and reporters. She plays the private car footage, infertility records and conclusive DNA evidence on the big screen. The fraud is exposed publicly. Arthur agrees to a regretful divorce. Eleanor takes full control of the Napa winery, recovers misappropriated assets, and wins her hard-fought battle.
