Thorned Rose of the Bloody Queen

Synopsis

Ella, the last orphan of the ancient royal Rose Clan, was adopted by the Hawke family as a child. At fifteen, she was cruelly sold to the deadly White Crow Alley by her adoptive parents and jealous adopted sister Vivian. After three years of brutal struggles, Ella rose to become the feared ruler of the lawless slum. Queen Elizabeth, haunted by her sister Flora’s tragic death, finds Ella—who shares Flora’s identical face—and forcibly takes her to the palace as a living substitute to soothe her grief. Disillusioned, Cecilia dissolves the marriage and retrieves all her wealth with the Northern Duke’s help. Reborn as the master of the Black Rock Caravan, she excels in business, secret medicine and archery. She becomes a renowned legion commander, fights alongside loyal Marquis August, and crushes all schemes from her ex-husband, jealous rivals and traitorous nobles. Finally, she gains true love and reigns supreme over the North, while Eric’s family ends up in miserable ruin.Pretending to be docile, Ella hides her hatred and secretly investigates the coup that killed Flora. She exposes the Hawke family’s evil deeds at Vivian’s grand wedding and uncovers the mastermind—Archbishop Ambrose. He orchestrated the coup, drugged the queen, and plotted to seize power with a fake prince. Proving her pure royal Rose bloodline, Ella crushes all villains, punishes the corrupt nobles, and abolishes the cruel White Crow Alley. She rebuilds it into a safe haven for vulnerable women, rewriting the kingdom’s class and power order alongside the redeemed queen.
