Synopsis

Gavin is the biological son of surgeon Julia. Julia was angry at Gavin because she misunderstood Gavin's father. But she loves her first love's son, Steven, very much. When Gavin was sent to the hospital for emergency treatment after a car accident, the doctor called Julia many times and asked her to come and sign for the operation. But Julia not only did not believe that Gavin had a car accident but also accused him of lying on the phone, causing him to give up the desire to live. Before he died, Gavin told the doctor to donate all his organs. And his heart happened to match Steven, who was waiting for a transplant. Julia dissected Gavin's body by herself. The body was too similar to Gavin during the dissection, which made her suspicious. To dispel her concerns, she asked her colleague to do a paternity test. When the funeral home asked her to collect Gavin's ashes, she still thought it was Gavin's way of deceiving her and angrily accused him.
