Synopsis
Liu Longyue followed his mother, Chen Guiyun, and remarried to his stepfather, Liu Dayong, since childhood. He studied hard and won the top score in the college entrance examination. However, Liu Dayong mistakenly thought that his own son, Liu Xuecheng, was the top scorer and wanted to drive Liu Longyue, who graduated from a technical secondary school, out of the house. At the top scorer banquet, Liu Dayong and Liu Xuecheng led the suppression of Liu Longyue. Tan Rencai, the director of the Provincial Cultural Affairs Department, and the president of Peking University and Tsinghua University appeared to clear Liu Longyue's name. The group of people who framed and humiliated Liu Longyue also received the punishment they deserved.
