Synopsis

Set in a feudal vampire world, Cinderella, a lowly human blood slave of Dracula Castle, is killed by the cruel chief lady Marguerite for breaking a porcelain cup. She reborn seconds before the accident and gains a unique superpower: understanding the inner thoughts of all vampire infants. The castle’s pure-blood princess Aili cries nonstop. Marguerite tries to frame Cinderella as a scapegoat, but Cinderella figures out sunlight reflected by a mirror hurts the baby and saves herself. Later, she uncovers plots one after another: a blood slave mixed silver poison in Aili’s milk; the old duchess’s maid uses toxic verbena to harm the princess; witch Morgana colludes with wolf queen Luna to kidnap her for a wolf prince’s heart blood cure. Cinderella solves the wolf cub’s chronic poisoning conspiracy and gains Luna’s temporary trust, yet the wolf queen sends disguised werewolf Irene to infiltrate the castle. When Earl Richard marches to capture the fugitive Irene, Cinderella heals his sick daughter and wins his protective silver ring as a reward. She builds a blood conditioning institute to shelter sick vampire children, accumulating massive influence. Marguerite teams up with Irene to plant cursed dolls to frame Cinderella, who reverses the trap and executes Marguerite. Next, she exposes human spy Juliet carrying silver-tainted unborn baby sent to assassinate Duke Dracula. After wiping out all hidden threats, Dracula falls into decades-long deep slumber due to old wounds. He officially appoints Cinderella the joint ruler of the castle’s inner court as the Blood Guardian. But hostile vampire elders and human hunters still plot against her, leaving an uncertain future ahead.
