Synopsis

The Empress of Lingzhou falls into a coma due to a hidden illness, causing her to age rapidly. Meanwhile, a diplomatic envoy from the Ba Kingdom is arriving in three days. Though presented as a visit, the real purpose is to confirm the Empress's condition, as the spies have already informed them of her coma, and they plan to invade Lingzhou. The governor of Lingzhou, Yang Lele, urgently seeks a miracle doctor. However, the heir to the top medical family in Lingzhou, the Xiao family, Xiao Yan, is desperately saving money to marry his fiancée, Liu Qingqing.
