Synopsis

Tiffany, a college freshman, longs to get out of single‑hood. On a blood‑moon night, she dreams of a handsome man. To her shock, she finds this dream man, Julian, on a social‑media app after waking up. Ignoring the stern warnings from her mysterious roommate Harper, Tiffany sinks deep into a passionate romance with Julian, while her health slowly deteriorates. Harper cuts straight to the truth: Julian is no living human. He is a demon who perished in a fire ten years ago. His real motive for approaching Tiffany is to use her body as a host vessel. Meanwhile, he drains the life force of roommates Aurora and Ivy through an ash‑filled necklace. Harper’s predictions all come true: the three girls share identical nightmares, the necklace cannot be removed, and accidents keep befalling them one after another. At the life‑or‑death moment when the demon is about to break into their dorm, Harper — long dismissed as insane — reveals her true identity: a sorceress. She sets up protective barriers, hands out holy water, and warns the two girls never to turn around no matter what they hear after midnight. Hallucinations unfold one after another: Tiffany claims Harper suffers from schizophrenia, Aurora screams for help, and the demon announces that the time has come. Overwhelmed by terror, Ivy and Aurora hold fast to their resolve and survive until dawn. Harper then confronts Julian head‑on and strikes him into black smoke with one blow. Yet this turns out to be nothing more than the wrap‑up scene of a movie. When actress Ivy returns to her hotel, a cold phone number echoes in her dream once more. The demon’s curse has only just begun.
