He Loved Her, He Insured Me
Synopsis
At my engagement party, two hundred guests watched a leaked video of my fiancé, Blake, kissing my college roommate, Sophie. I ended our engagement on the spot. Then I got an anonymous text telling me to check our joint account. The $340,000 we'd saved for the wedding and honeymoon was gone—and every dollar had gone to Sophie. My aunt Valeria, a fierce attorney, helped me trace the money. But what she found was worse: Blake had secretly taken out a $2 million life insurance policy on me, using a forged signature. How much of our relationship had been a lie? And how far was I willing to go to make them pay?
