My Dead BF Came Back Perfect

Synopsis

Mia’s boyfriend Ethan died in a sudden car accident. Three weeks later, she received a bionic robot delivered by Aether Technology — a replica with Ethan’s face, memories, and gentle temperament, yet incapable of quarrels, devoid of breath and natural scent. Mia gradually uncovered the truth: without Ethan’s authorization, Aether had copied his consciousness data and created four bionic replicas in separate identities — a lover, a colleague, a friend, and a son. These androids infiltrated Mia’s life, Ethan’s former company, their social circle, and his parents’ home respectively. Faced with these “perfect” duplicates and her loved ones indulging in the false illusion, Mia resolved to fight for the dignity of the real Ethan and destroy every replica with her own hands. Shutting down each unit, from the lover replica to the son replica, meant bidding Ethan farewell all over again. In the end, she exposed Aether’s illegal practices with solid evidence, letting the real Ethan rest in peace at last.
