My Husband Cheated, So I Took His Uncle the Dragon Emperor to Bed

Synopsis

Princess Lyla of the Sirius clan is forced into a political marriage with Damon, leader of the Black Dragon clan, and spends two years alone after the wedding. Damon brings back his savior Serina and plans to take her as a second wife; Lyla, far from angry, actively facilitates this, hoping to use it to dissolve their blood oath contract and reclaim her assets for freedom, but Damon, coveting the political benefits of the Sirius clan, firmly refuses to let her go. During an accident, Lyla stumbles into the secret ritual of Dragon Emperor Kyle—Damon's uncle—and the two are forced into a "Soul‑Bind Blood Oath": sharing life and exchanging blood monthly, which binds her ever more closely to the rumored cold‑blooded and brutal emperor. Serina steadily encroaches on Lyla's assets and status while Damon turns a blind eye; Lyla, pushed to her limit, returns to the Sirius clan, only to be framed by her stepmother. In desperation, she turns to Kyle for help late at night, not only defusing the crisis but also exposing the conspiracy between her stepmother and her lover—her so‑called "brother" is actually illegitimate, and the stepmother's entire branch is purged. When Kyle is on the verge of death from the backlash of god‑slaying poison, losing his five senses, Lyla drinks forbidden magic medicine to share his suffering; at the brink of life and death, they complete the final step of the blood oath—body and soul intertwined, purifying the poison. Their symbiotic bond transforms into an inseparable possession. Damon finally awakens to his true love for Lyla and tries to win her back, even invoking an ancestral exemption scroll to forcibly reinstate the betrothal, but Kyle publicly annuls the marriage. Inside the chamber, passion burns; outside, Damon kneels in a pool of blood and roars, but it is already over. Serina and Saintess Vanessa set a final trap, but Lyla turns the tables and joins forces with Kyle to eliminate them both. Yet when Kyle announces before all the empire's lords that Lyla is now co‑empress, equal to the Dragon Emperor—does this glory signify a crowning at the pinnacle of power, or the prelude to yet another storm…?
