Synopsis

Eighteen-year-old Ella Chen was pushed off the school rooftop to her death by Jessica Moore, a classmate who had bullied her for a long time. Reborn, she woke up in an opulent mansion and discovered she was the long-lost biological granddaughter of William Chen, the world’s wealthiest tycoon, who had spent eighteen years traveling everywhere to track her down. To ease her past trauma, her grandfather purchased her old school and gave it to Ella. She ordered Jessica and her two followers to scrub the lobby floors every day after school until the end of the semester. Still, she refused to seek endless retaliation and revoked the punishment once the semester was over, refusing to turn into someone as vicious as Jessica. She held no interest in the huge family inheritance and threw herself wholeheartedly into painting. Her artworks recorded her lonely childhood spent in an orphanage, an unfinished seascape sketch left by her father, and tender moments with her grandfather and his adopted son Noah. She took the initiative to comfort bullied children in orphanages and schools, bringing them hope. After her grandfather passed away peacefully, Ella healed all her past scars through painting. She finally realized that the true meaning of home does not lie in wealth, but in the inner sense of belonging.
