Synopsis

Wen Bai, as the heiress to Wen Group, has been in love with her childhood friend, Pei Liyan. To get closer to him, she becomes an air traffic controller at Pei Liyan's airline company. She gradually moves closer to him, but this causes Pei Liyan to distance himself further. Her extreme tactics lead to him breaking up with his girlfriends, and as a result, Pei Liyan grows disgusted by her controlling nature and possessiveness, pulling away even more. Later, Pei Liyan accepts a business marriage arranged by his family and rejects Wen Bai's confession. They eventually become strangers to each other, and even when they meet at work, greeting each other seems like a luxury. Wen Bai once thought that Pei Liyan never liked her, but due to a piece of gossip, she discovers a photo of him secretly kissing her. When she confronts him, the answer she receives is even more heartbreaking. Finally, at his engagement ceremony with someone else, she decides to let go.
