The Nine Cauldrons

Synopsis

"A local tyrant and his gang arrive to forcibly demolish a nursing home. With a single roar from the tyrant, all the elderly residents flee in terror — except for a young man quietly folding a paper airplane for his daughter. Unmoved, the tyrant orders his crew, “Smash it all!” Following his command, an excavator operator swings the bucket down, shattering the young man’s wooden table. Calmly, the young man demands compensation of 100 million yuan. Infuriated by this bold claim, the tyrant commands his men to bury the young man alive. Unflinching, the young man warns the tyrant that speaking politely might just earn him mercy. The gang only responds with mocking laughter before swarming in to attack. In the fierce struggle that follows, the young man relies on his agile martial skill to take on ten men at once. He seizes a steel rebar barehanded and levels it straight at the tyrant’s head… "
