The Prisoner of Manhattan

Synopsis

Five years later, Alex Sterling finally found Danny. They had once been deeply in love. Now Danny was the person Alex hated most in the world. Alex had always believed that five years ago, Danny chose to leave him for the eight million dollars Victoria offered. This time, he wasn’t back to ask for an explanation. He was back to make Danny pay. But when they reunited, Danny admitted to taking the money but refused to explain why. When Alex pressed Danny about what had happened five years ago, Danny showed obvious fear for the first time. Meanwhile, Alex received a photo from five years ago. The question on the back of the photo made him doubt for the first time: Maybe the version of five years ago he remembered wasn’t the whole story.
