Synopsis

Two cherry-headed twin sisters are born fused by a living stem that joins their heads. The stem is more than a bond—it is an ancient family seal that keeps a dark second personality locked away. At eighteen the younger sister, desperate for freedom and a secret love, cuts the stem. The seal shatters. While she races into the night with her boyfriend, the older sister collapses… and something else wakes up inside her. The evil twin begins settling old scores: school bullies, the boyfriend who chose the “wrong” sister, anyone who once laughed at the “two-headed freaks.” One by one they fall. Meanwhile the family races against time. The only way to reseal the curse is a dangerous blood ritual that may kill both girls.One sister fights to reclaim her body. The other fights to keep the freedom she finally tasted. And the stem that once bound them now decides who lives… and who becomes the monster.
