Horrors in the Haunted House

Synopsis

Private detective Lin Shengnan takes up an odd case: four young women sign up for a high-paying haunted-house overnight tester job but vanish all at once during a livestream. The site is unnaturally clean, and the only leftover phone holds horrifying clips of them self-harming, a chilling contradiction to what actually happened. The sole lead falls on their surviving roommate Chen Anan, who says she escaped by staying out due to fear. Yet as the investigation proceeds, Lin Shengnan is stunned to find Chen Anan has been dead all along.
